GAP base:

We have our own Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum) planting base in our factory and set up our own gap planting base, in Sichuan, Hunan, Yunnan, Guangxi and other places to establish angelica, Chuanxiong, Magnolia officinalis(magnolia bark extract powder), schisandra chinensis oil, ginger(ginger root extract powder) and other sustainable ecological planting bases.

From planting to extraction, we monitor every link to ensure product traceability, safety, stability and efficiency.

Supercritical fluid extraction:

We Manufactured using SFE-co2 for more than 10 years.

In the process of production, CO2 as a solven, liquid CO2 from the storage is pressurized, heated and transferred to the extractor, where it gets loaded according to adjusted conditions. A change of these conditions (pressure, temperature) causes precipitation of the dissolved substances in the separation vessels. The now gaseous CO2 is condensed, intermediately stored and recycled again. 

CO2 is recycled within the plant, is physiologically harmless and does not cause environmental problems like some conventional solvents
